A few recent jobs where off-the-shelf screens wouldn’t cut it.
Being renovated to rent out while the owners go caravanning. The old screen was made from overseas standard-sized panels, with 20mm gaps either side of the door, a 100mm height difference between two panels and a door scraping across the tiles. A custom-made screen neatened the bathroom up.

A renovated apartment bathroom only 1300mm wide, where the door had to miss both the toilet and the towel rail when opening. The custom-made screen clears both, with near misses on each.

The client replaced the shower screen and painted the tiles. A tricky configuration: the tiles were 10mm out of level on either side and the angle in the middle was 37 degrees. We mitred the glass to a 2mm gap to keep it as clean as possible.

Two shower screens with no trip hazard under the door while keeping a semi-frameless look: a wheelchair-accessible design using Estelle hinges in the Pivotech system, with a PVC flap that brushes the tiles to keep water in.

“Excellent service and value for money. The custom made shower screens for my two bathrooms were fantastic. Expertly made and fitted. Two other companies refused to look at the job due to the difficult sizes and shape. Caleb made it look easy.”
